The journey starts in the village Hukvaldy, famous for its castle ruins, ancient deer-park or monument of world-known music composer Leoš Janáček. The route is connected to the lap B - From Beskydy to Hukvaldy. As the only name of this phase indicates, an unpretentious tour is store for us through villages that advert to extant castle buildings and beautiful nature of the Conservation ladscape area of the Poodří region.

From the village Hukvaldy we head first of all for its local part Rychaltice. If you did not catch to refresh yourselves in one of numerous restaurants in Hukvaldy, you can retrieve it either in the restaurant At the Richard's of in the restaurant At the Strakoš's. On the way notice a Gallery of Antonín Kroča - an important native of Hukvaldy which is situated in the neighbourhood of the Church of St. Mikuláš. From here it is only piece a way to the village Fryčovice.

Fryčovice is situated on both the sides of the river Ondřejnice near to mediaeval road connecting Hukvaldy to Brušperk and Ostrava. It is one of the oldest demenses of Hukvaldy, it was founded by the bishop of Olomouc Bruno of Shauenburk around 1255. The village retains mainly agricultural character. Attraction is region of Sovinec where nowadays a wide deer-park with breeding of Virginia jumping-deer is located.

From Fryčovice we get to neighbouring, also predominant agricultural village Kateřinice. Local conduit regulator serves in summer months to bathing or fishing. Near to this pension Eva is situated - a family house where it is possible to be put in.

After it we go through the village Kateřinice and pass the Church of St. Catherine, we find ourselves in natural rest corner of the castle park in the village Trnávka.. Local Baroque castle is cultural monument in which a valuable interior equipment is, dating back to the first and second half of the 19th century. At present municipal office resides here. In summer months a swimming pool in settlement Chabičov is visited in plenty. Nothing inhibits up from a small stop and refreshing ourselves because swimming pool is on the route on which we will continue to Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí.

After passing through grove we find ourselves in Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí whose dominant is Renaissance castle built in 1560 - 1570. In its period it was a representative seat of gentry. Nowadays it is with its style clearness and especial decoration ranked among the important memories of Moravia and Silesia. Numerous restaurations can offer their services - Cycloparking near to mill, restaurant called Myslivna, Hrot, pub At the Neuwirt's or restaurant Odra in the local part Košatka.

Through local part of Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí that belongs to the Protected landscape area of the Poodří region we go through and continue in the direction of Petřvaldík which is local part of the village Petřvald falling in association of villages Region of Poodří. Already here you can admire a beautiful nature. We pass on undisturbed agricultural roads and around go-karts' rental we get to the village Albrechtičky.

The village Albrechtičky that belongs to the oldest ones in the surroundings is situated on the right bank of the river Odra in neighbourhood of Airport Ostrava-Mošnov and natural reservation Kotvice that you can visit by means of local nature trail. Besides natural beauties, countless numbers of ponds and romantic nooks the village can offer also architectonical monuments. To his ancestors - Vincent and Jiří Janáček - a memorial plaque at local primary school is devoted.

From Nová Horka we will have to cross a road leading from Studénka in the direction of Sedlnice and Mošnov and to continue on the street of the III. class to Bartošovice.

The village Bartošovice is situated in a valley wold of the river Odra. To the monumentally most valuable buildings belongs the castle that is at present a seat of Region of Poodří, serves as a pension and an information centre is here as well. In the castle park a 250 year-old maple-leaf plane tree is found, probably the biggest plane tree in the northern Moravia. The village prides itself on an immovable cultural monument as well. It is an area of water mill finding itself in the lower end of the village. In Bartošovice annually a lot of traditional actions takes place. From the most known we can name for example "Opening of the Poodří region and Tasting of Poodří region" or "Autumn fish festivals of the Poodří region".

The castle was made accessible to the public on 21st of June 2003 within the frame of annual castle festivals. 2 sight-seeing circuits were open which you can see in the period from July to October. You can have a good meal and drink in some of Kunín's restaurants, e.g. At the good countess's, in the restaurant called Lodge (Myslivna) or newly founded Bowling club.

Passing a slight gradient we find ourselves in the village Bernartice nad Odrou namely direct near to its greatest pride - technical monument forest mill. In the local pension At Haitl's you can be put up but also ride on horseback. If you don't do so but would like to eat something yet, head for the river Odra where the Refreshment is situated.

To the other local parts of the village Jeseník nad Odrou belong Blahutovice, Polouvsí and Hrabětice. The village is famous most of all for cultural monuments to which the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin, castle, gravestone of the knight Cischini etc. belong. Tourist accommodation is offered in the area of physical education's unit Sokol.

From Jeseník nad Odrou we set out for Hranice. We go through not small villages Dub, Heřmanice, Hranické Loučky and Špičky. Here the most demanding sections of this lap are waiting for us. From the small village Dub, can be said, we step uphills till to Špičky, except occassional downhill runs. From this place we continue round the Hranice's quarry and nice small wooden church. After it we safely go in Hranice, lying in the territory of Moravian gate, on the right bank of river Bečva, between Odra's peaks and Under-Beskydy's upland.

A centre of all the happening is without any doubt the Masaryk's square. Not only numerous catering establishments (Moravian pub, restaurant Archa, Na hradbách) but also a lot of monuments are situated here, for example building of the Old town hall where the Municipal museum, gallery and information centre reside, the Church of Decapitation of St. John the Baptist, city houses etc. To the most important monuments belongs the Renaissance castle with courtyard arcades. Nowadays municipal office resides here. To the other monuments Jewish cemetery, synagogue, small church and lots of statues and sculptural groups are ranked. At the edge of town a sport area with swimming pool takes place. Number of hotels and pensions serve for accommodating (hotel Cementář, sport hotel Sokolovna, pension Růžek, Franz Josef) and other.

From Hranice we continue along the river Bečva throught forest paths to Týn nad Bečvou, our last stop on the route.
